I play ultimate frisbee indoors in these sneakers and they saved me from shin splints!! the hard supportive sides are great if you are switching directions a lot in a game, but not great for running. You will need insoles to make them a little softer if you're running more than a couple 100 meters. I got the orange ones and the picture does not lie... they're neon!!TLDR these are not training/workout shoes, they are best for indoor games like frisbee, tennis, maybe rugby
